Built in 1967 on the shores of the Georgian Bay, the Canadian Mist Distillery produces its whiskey using one of the largest sources of pure fresh water in North America. Aged in fine white oak barrels, made specifically for Canadian Mist and charred to exact specifications to impart a smooth vanilla flavor, Canadian Mist offers rich flavors of vanilla, caramel, and dark fruit with a light, clean finish.
