This IPA is forged with the intensity of Apollo, Equinox, and Mosaic Hops and brewed with pale ale malt for a golden color as bright as iron from a fiery forge. Wrought Iron IPA pairs well with grilled meats like steaks or pork chops. Grilled sausages are great too, with some spicy mustard on the side. It also pairs well with the spice, meat, and seafood in jambalaya. A mild goat cheese is an excellent choice with Wrought Iron IPA.
